Two-factor authentication is a security feature where a user must provide two pieces of identification in order to validate they are who they say they are. Two-factor authentication is being introduced as an alternative to digital certificates, the original two-factor authentication security process of GlobalPay.

First, check to ensure that your mobile phone number or email address is correct. If it is correct, please ensure that it did not go to a SPAM or “Junk” folder. At the bottom of the page is a link to resend the passcode, clicking this will send a new message. If a few minutes have passed and you still have not received the message, please contact a local Western Union representative for assistance.

At the bottom of each page is a link called “Reset Pin”. Before you will be asked to reset your PIN, you will be prompted to enter the one-time password, which is your existing PIN and the Passcode. After a successful one-time password is entered the next page will prompt you to enter and confirm a new four digit PIN.
Unfortunately, you will need access to whichever method you are configured for. Alternatively a user with user administrative privileges can modify the method within the Configure tab in GlobalPay.
First check to ensure that you PIN and Passcode is correct, if not an error message should be displayed on the page indicating the reason that you are not able to log into GlobalPay. If you are presented with an Event ID, please make a note of the Event ID and contact Western Union.

The error message should either indicate the reason that you are unable to log into GlobalPay or provide and Event ID and prompt you to contact Western Union. Please make a note of the Event ID and provide it to the Western Union representative.
